Up to two hours of documentary-style photo coverage of the once in a lifetime moment that you invite your human to spend a lifetime together. This timeless milestone is often overlooked (or captured in DIY format) but regardless of if you plan to propose surrounded by friends or family or intimately while alone with your partner, a professional account of your unique experience will undoubtedly become a heirloom keepsake for years and generations to come.

Collection Details

The engagement story collection is inclusive of a complementary consultation, up to two hours of documentary-style photo coverage of your engagement and the intimate and communal moments before and after, and 100+ edited, high resolution images delivered via an online, downloadable album within three weeks (fifteen business days) of your engagement. A courtesy (preview) album inclusive of 15+ edited, high resolution images highlighting the best of the experience will be delivered within 24 hours of your engagement for the purposes of sharing amongst friends, family, and community.

Choosing an Engagement Location

Some clients come to Ellie with a strong vision of the details surrounding their engagement while others come seeking guidance and ideas about how to best make a meaningful, unique engagement experience come to life. Support in choosing an appropriate venue is an optional service included in the complementary consultation. Prospective clients are warmly welcomed to ask for support creating a vision or to simply tell Ellie exactly where to go/stand to capture the magic they’ve already set in motion.

Photographer Discretion

The surprise element of real time engagement photography is an art form in it of itself. Thankfully, Ellie has gotten really creative over the years and learned exactly how to offer just the right amount of discretion in the moments leading up to the big reveal. Photographer discretion will be discussed thoroughly during the initial consultation to ensure peace of mind leading up to the engagement. Discretion includes being discreet on the big day but also being discreet in how/when the organizing partner is contacted throughout the days and weeks leading up to their engagement.
